Mobile Application Solutions, Inc. (“MAS”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our application (“SouthPaw Calculator”). This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to the privacy of your information in connection with the use of SouthPaw Calculator. Please note that use of SouthPaw Calculator may require Internet access and use of third-party applications and services such as Google AdMob (collectively “Third-Party Services”), and this Privacy Policy does not govern the collection and use of your information by such Third-Party Services. MAS encourages you to review the privacy policies that apply to such Third-Party services.

Collection of Information. MAS does not collect personally identifiable information when you use SouthPaw Calculator. MAS may collect technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your mobile device, system and application software, and peripherals. MAS may collect information regarding the usage of various features of the app. MAS may also collect limited personal information as a consequence of responding to inquires such as support.

Use of Information. MAS uses the information we collect to provide you products and services related to SouthPaw Calculator, product updates and support, communicate with you about SouthPaw Calculator and the services we provide to you. MAS may also use the information we collect in a form that does not identify you to improve SouthPaw Calculator and related products and services (e.g., to develop and test new functions or features for the application).

Sharing information with third parties. MAS will not sell or rent your personal information with third parties other than our providers of Third Party Services which are delivered as part of the application.

Security. MAS uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect all information we retain. The servers on which Mobile Application Solutions, Inc. stores personally identifiable information are kept in a remote PCI compliant co-location facility that provides multi-layer security control procedures.

Changes to Policy. MAS may update this Policy from time to time, and so you should review this Policy periodically.

Effective Date. This Policy became effective as of May 1, 2016
